You can be at an abysmal unit with stellar leaders who make you see the good in the army. You can have a shit unit with shit leadership and become suicidal or an alcoholic,. WebGetting worse for numbers so we are all working for 3 or 4 people to make up. On the food side it 8s flexible hours only depending if your not in an infantry operational unit which is non stop budy. Pros. Guaranteed job. Cons. Bad pay, some weekend work unpaid, management only wants bodies in seats.
