With selecting any of the power plans (even prefer maximum performance) the gpu clock speed runs from 1111mhz - 1150mhz which is below the card maximum of 1189mhz which is also below the default 1242mhz speed by nvidia. WebMy gtx 1080ti is always stuck at 1480.5mhz, and even at 99% gpu load it does not turbo. Temperatures are around 40C, voltage is 0.781. When I try to manually change core clock in afterburner 4.5, it crashes the graphics driver and makes the system unusable with lag.

Right after I reinstall Intel GPU drivers it keeps boosting normally to 1600Mhz, until I reboot and it maxes at 1200Mhz.
