Blueberry species evolved under the canopy of coniferous forests in acidic soils (4.0-5.4 pH), of which nutrient availability is extremely restricted compared to plants growing in soils at 5.5-6.8 pH. WebBlue berries prefer a ph of 4.5-5.5. As long as the soil it is in is in that range the plants will be happy. Espoma Soil Acidifier applied around the plants will lower the ph. Neighbors lime shouldn't be to much of a problem unless he's directly up hill from the blue berries. Flowers did not fall off because of line dust.
